TAILORED E-DESIGN
To ensure a successful initial zoom meeting, I will send you a detailed questionnaire beforehand. This will allow me to gather all the necessary information (inspiration, specific needs, budget, photos and measurements of your room ...) to create a selection of mood boards to choose your desired style .
From there, I will create a complete style guide that includes concept and sample boards with 3D visualizations, as well as space planning (for furnishing) and a curated shopping list that matches your preferences.
After your design is complete, with this comprehensive document in hand, you can purchase your furniture and elements at your own pace or transfer it to your general contractor for material and finishes procurement, without any pressure or time constraints.
IN-PERSON DESIGN CONSULTING SERVICES
Initial consultation: I will connect with you to gain a better understanding of your vision, as well as to discuss the scope of work.
Conceptual Design: During this stage, I will create a proposal, then develop visual Interior design concepts, floor plans, concept sketches, and mood boards that capture your's imagination.
Design development & detailing: In this phase, we will refine floor plans and specific design elements with your builder. Decisions will be made regarding furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), as well as other critical components like cabinet finishes.
